Noble Aid is being established as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (foundation model), governed by a board of trustees and regulated by the Charity Commission for England and Wales.

Good intentions aren't enough. This is how Noble Aid is structured, controlled and held to account — so donors, partners and beneficiaries can trust us.
Trustee board
Our trustees serve voluntarily and are legally responsible for the charity acting within its objects, protecting its assets, and running it in the public interest.
Financial controls
Charity money is kept separate from personal funds and used only for charitable purposes. All payments require dual authorisation, and every transaction is recorded.
Reserves & restricted funds
We hold a prudent, stated level of reserves, review it regularly, and track money given for a specific appeal separately — spending it only on that purpose.
Safeguarding
We are committed to protecting children and adults at risk. A named safeguarding lead oversees concerns, and partners working with people at risk must hold their own adequate policy.
Overseas due diligence
Every overseas partner is checked and bound by a written funding agreement. Funds move only through traceable banking channels, and partners are screened against UK sanctions lists.
Conflicts of interest
Trustees declare any personal or financial interest, record it, and step back from decisions where a conflict could arise.
Reporting
As a CIO we file an annual report and accounts with the Charity Commission every year, whatever our income — and we'll publish our impact for supporters to see.

No tracking
Our website carries no advertising and no third-party tracking. We collect only what we need, and never sell data.
Traceable
Money moves through proper banking channels to vetted recipients, with a clear record of where it went.
Accountable
Our accounts are filed and open. If you want to know how a donation was used, you can ask — and we'll tell you.
